PART 1

1) Click on the Responsible Sports animated logo above

2) Click on "Participants" under Community Grants along the left hand rail menu

3) Click on "Coaches" or "Parents" under "Step 1: Complete Course and Quiz"

4) Click on "take the quiz"

PART 2

5) Once you have completed the quiz, fill out first & last name information as well as an e-mail address* and password

* if you have taken the quiz last fall you will have to use a new e-mail address or just recruit friends or family to help

6) Check your inbox immediately (if you do not see the e-mail from Responsible Sports then please check your spam folder) and follow the "verify my quiz so I can credit my organization" link

7) On the All-Star e-mail verification page click on "continue" 

8) On the All Star Home page type "Waukee" in the city field and find "Iowa" from the drop down menu

9) Click on Select this sports organization for Waukee Boys Soccer
